WHITE TRASH BAGS CAN NOT BE LEFT LOOSE AT CURB. MUST BE IN CONTAINER.BLACK BAGS ONLY AT CURB.TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED. 
RESIDENTS: White Trash Bags CAN NOT be used for placing trash at the curb. White bags must be placed in Cans (no larger than 32 gallons). You may ONLY place loose Black Bags at the curb. Animals and birds are attracted to the White Bags, causing trash on the streets and in neighborhoods. Tickets will be issued for WHITE BAGS left loose at the curb. Thank you.
