Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and East Hampton Town Police detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who assaulted a person this month.
The man assaulted the victim in the early morning hours of June 18 near Atwell Street and Muir Blvd., East Hampton. The victim suffered serious physical injuries as a result of the assault. The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 pounds. The suspect has a distinct tattoo on his left forearm. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call East Hampton Town Police at 631-537-7575.
