Arrest made in suspicious device case 
During the response to the suspicious device officers developed information that led to the identification of an involved subject, Kayden Daniel Collins. He was arrested and booked into the Lake County Jail for possession of a destructive device.
The Napa County Bomb Squad rendered the device safe. The device will be further examined for evidence purposes.
The investigation is ongoing, and Lakeport Police is following up on additional leads.
