INCIDENT: Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger
LOCATION: Broadway Street / G Street, City of Needles
SUSPECT(S): Richard Twobulls, 27-year-old resident of Needles
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On June 25, 2022, deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police conducted a subject check in the area of G Street and Broadway Street in the City of Needles. During the stop, deputies contacted Richard Twobulls. Through an investigation, deputies discovered Twobulls was carrying a machete concealed in a bag slung across his back.
Twobulls was arrested and booked at the Colorado River Station Jail for Penal Code Section 21310: Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger. Twobulls remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with bail set at $25,000.00.
