Child Enticement Arrest
On 06/27/22 at approximately 4:00pm Janesville Patrol Officers investigated a complaint of a suspicious person in Palmer Park, 2201 E. Racine St in the City of Janesville. An adult male was parked in his truck and was soliciting a juvenile female for a sexual relationship. Patrol officers later located the suspect vehicle and through investigation identified the suspect as Russell Partlow. Officers learned of another incident which occurred over the weekend involving Partlow.
Partlow was taken into custody and held at the Rock County Jail. The investigations are ongoing at this time.
