The Independence Day Parade will begin at 9:00 AM on July 4th. In preparation for the parade, we would like to advise the public of the parade route and policies to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable holiday. The parade will start at N. 8th Street and Center Ave, travel north to Michigan Ave, east to Broughton Dr, then south to New York Ave. You may bring tarps and chairs to hold a spot between the sidewalk and street along the parade route after 5:00 AM on July 4, 2022.  Any items placed out prior to that time will be considered abandoned property and removed.  Thank you and we wish everyone a safe holiday.
