Arroyo Grande Fourth of July "Safe and Sane" Fireworks Discharge Allowable Only on July 4th 
ARROYO GRANDE - The discharge of “safe and sane” fireworks is limited to July 4th only.
Fireworks are permissible for discharge ONLY on July 4th.
Violations may be deemed a misdemeanor and violators may be assessed a fine up to $1,000.
Additionally, the Five Cities Five Authority released safety tips for using “safe and sane” fireworks on their website at www.fivecitiesfireauthority.org/fireworks.
