Mr. Anders is believe to be driving a 2001 Ford Ranger, White in Color, NC License Number EFY7446. Mr. Anders used his debit card at the Ingles in Lake Lure at around 3:51am on 06/28/2022. Mr. Anders is believed to be suffering from dementia or other cognitive impairment.
