Holiday closures announced
In observance of Independence Day, municipal offices will be closed on Monday, July 4.
Parking meters and street cleaning will be suspended on Monday, July 4. All other parking regulations will remain in effect.
All waste collection will occur as regularly scheduled.
Hop shuttle service will also be suspended on Monday, July 4. Service will resume on Tuesday, July 5.
Due to the holiday, the City's COVID-19 vaccine and testing clinics are closed on Monday. For a full clinic scheduled, go to www.hobokennj.gov/covid-19-resources.
Due to anticipated increases in foot traffic on Monday, July 4, vehicular access to certain routes, including portions of Sinatra Drive, Hudson Street, Shipyard Lane, 14th Street, and First Street, will be limited to pedestrians and bicycles only, between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Downtown Farmers' Market cancelled
Today, the City of Hoboken announced the cancellation of the Downtown Farmers' Market scheduled to launch this summer in the Southwest Resiliency Park. The farmer cancelled due to staffing shortages. The City will seek to launch the market next year.
The City hosts two other farmers' markets from May through December. The Midtown Farmers' Market is open every Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Church Square Park. The Uptown Farmers' Market is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. under the 14 th Street Viaduct.
