LOCATION: 5700 Block of Hanemo Dr., Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Norman Misaique, 38-years-old, Resident of Big River, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, June 30, 2022, at approximately 7:53 a.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of an assault, near the 5700 block of Hanemo Dr. in Big River. Through investigation, deputies determined Norman Misaique assaulted the victim with a knife. The victim received non- life-threatening injuries and denied medical attention at the scene.
Misaique was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Misaique was also found to have been previously released on his own recognizance due to jail overcrowding in a separate case, pending a future court appearance. Misaique remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $100,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
