Thursday, June 30th - Upcoming Emergency No Parking Restrictions in Albany. 
Please take note of the upcoming emergency no parking restrictions listed below. Vehicles in violations are subject to ticketing and/or tow.
Beginning on Friday, July 1st at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, July 15th at 5:00 p.m., parking will be restricted on the north side of Osborne Street from 27-41 Osborne Street for service vehicles.
On Monday, July 4th from 5:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., parking will be restricted on the following streets for July 4th event at Empire State Plaza:
- Both sides of State Street from S. Swan St. to Eagle St.
- Both sides of Madison Avenue from S. Swan St. to Eagle St.
- North side of Washington Avenue from Eagle St. to S. Swan St.
- South side of Washington Avenue from S. Swan St to N. Hawk St.
- East side of N. Hawk Street from Washington Ave. to Elk St.
On Monday, July 4th from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., parking will be restricted on both sides of upper Lincoln Park Road from Delaware Avenue to MLK Boulevard for July 4th Fireworks event.
On Monday, July 4th from 5:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., parking will be restricted on the following streets for July 4th event at the Empire State Plaza:
- North side of Madison Place from Eagle St. to Philip St.
- North side of Elm St. from Eagle St. to Grand St.
- East side of Philip St. from Madison Ave. to Warren St.
- South side of Bleecker Street from Philip Street to Eagle Street
