Incident: Response To Additional Inquiries About the CCW Holder Data Breach.
Sheriff Dicus remains concerned about the recent release of CCW applicant and permit holder information. He has been in contact with California Department of Justice staff, and he is also working with the California State Sheriff’s Association as they look into this matter. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is committed to our nearly 12,000 CCW holders. Our CCW team continues to work to maintain the integrity of our program and we will provide updates as they become available.
