* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Kimble and Sutton.

* WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 136 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, especially along I-10. Expect ponding of water on roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Roosevelt and I-10 Near The Sutton-kKmble County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... County Road 260 crossing North Llano River, County Road 275 crossing North Llano River and River Road crossing North Llano River. This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 431 and 448. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
