Utility billing has been completed for the month of June.
Some may notice an increase on their bill from the estimated amounts that have been used for the last several months.
Public Works has been in the process of replacing the old meter system with new meters funded and paid for by federal American Rescue Plan Act funds. Currently, almost half the meters have been successfully upgraded/replaced.
Those that have a new meter will see actual usage going foward. The new meters will also allow you to see almost real time usage for your residence as well as be made aware when abnormal usage or a leak is detected.
If you do not have or have not setup your access to your new meter account, please contact City Hall during normal business hours and they can assist you with getting this setup.
