* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 350 PM CDT, doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Observations indicate 2 to locally 3 inches of rain have already fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
