* WHAT...For the Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values above to 110 expected. For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 110.

* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, West Tennessee and East Arkansas.

* WHEN...The Heat Advisory until 5 AM CDT Wednesday. The Excessive Heat Warning, from 5 AM Wednesday to 3 AM CDT Thursday. And then a Heat Advisory from 3 AM to 9 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Extreme heat and humidity will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.

Instructions:

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
