* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lancaster and York.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rainfall amounts have exceeded 2 inches per hour in isolated spots. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lancaster, York, Ephrata, Columbia, Millersville, Willow Street, Red Lion, New Holland, Spry, East Petersburg, Dallastown, Akron, East York, Leola, Stonybrook-Wilshire, Paradise, West York, Salunga-Landisville, Maytown and Shrewsbury. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
