* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Lyon County in northwestern Iowa... Northwestern Sioux County in northwestern Iowa... Rock County in southwestern Minnesota... Southwestern Nobles County in southwestern Minnesota... Minnehaha County in southeastern South Dakota... Lincoln County in southeastern South Dakota... McCook County in southeastern South Dakota... Northern Yankton County in southeastern South Dakota... Southeastern Hanson County in southeastern South Dakota... Turner County in southeastern South Dakota... Eastern Hutchinson County in southeastern South Dakota...

* Until 415 PM CDT.

* At 319 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles west of Colton to near Chancellor to near Mayfield, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near... Tea, Lennox, Chancellor and Davis around 325 PM CDT. Viborg around 330 PM CDT. Harrisburg, Centerville, Worthing and Lyons around 335 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include Sioux Falls, Crooks, Baltic, Dell Rapids, Lake Alvin State Recreation Area, Ellis, Renner, Canton, Beresford, Brandon, Newton Hills State Park, Garretson, Inwood, Sherman, Fairview, Palisades State Park, Corson, Rowena, Valley Springs, Hudson and Alvord.
