Civic Center Library in Chula Vista Closed Until Wednesday Morning 
An unplanned power outage has affected the Chula Vista Civic Center Library at 365 F Street. The library has closed and will not re-open today. Estimated completion of the underground equipment damage is 8 p.m. tonight. Please visit the South Branch Library, 389 Orange Avenue or the Otay Ranch Town Center Branch.
