Flood Advisory until 08:30PM Tuesday 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following counties and independent city, City of Bristol, Russell, Scott and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 520 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms during the past hour. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour across parts of the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area during the next hour or two. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bristol Va, Nickelsville, Dungannon, Collingwood, Hiltons, Benhams and Fort Blackmore. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
