The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the publics help locating a Randy Sean Waters. Mr. Waters was last seen by a family member at the Green Hill convenience Store approximately five weeks ago. Mr. Waters told the family member he would be at home later that day but never showed.
Mr. Waters goes by “Sean”, and is between 5’9” and 5’10” and weighs approximately 250lbs. Mr. Waters has short brown hair, longer on top but thinning, and brown eyes.
Mr. Waters has a tattoo “Layla” on one side of his neck, and “Drake on the other side of his neck. Mr. Waters also has “Sean” and a Skull with red eyes on his left forearm.
Mr. Waters was last known driving a gold in color Chevy pickup truck with no tag, and with bullet holes in the truck.
Mr. Waters could be in the area of Turner Road and Hwy 64/74, or in the Caroleen area.
