City to Test New Operating Hours 
Operating hours at Richland Hills City Hall, Public Works and the records division of the Police Department are changing on a trial basis beginning the week of July 11 as the City tests a compressed work schedule for employees. City Hall, Public Works and Police Records will be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will be closed Fridays. In addition, these service areas will now be open during normal lunch hours, Monday through Thursday.
