LOCATION: E. Lynwood Drive / N. Golden Avenue, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Isaiah Williams, 30-year-old resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On July 3, 2022, at approximately 3:29 a.m., Deputy A. Tarankow from the Sheriff's Central Station conducted a traffic stop on a silver Honda Accord in the area of E. Lynwood Drive and N. Golden Avenue in San Bernardino. Taraknow contacted the driver of the vehicle, identified as Isaiah Williams. Williams is on active felony probation for arson.
During a search of the vehicle, Tarankow located a loaded firearm under the driver seat of the vehicle, a second loaded firearm under the front passenger seat, and an extended magazine in the backseat. Williams was arrested for P.C. 29800(A)(1) Felon in Possession of a Firearm, P.C. 30305(A)(1) Prohibited from Owning or Possessing Ammunition, and P.C. 32310 Possess Large Capacity Magazine.
Williams was booked into Central Detention Center where he is being held on $50,000 bail.
