Incidents reported to the police via 3rd party apps. 
Recently the MLPD has received multiple notifications from 3rd party apps in which residents are attempting to report an incident for the police department to investigate. Please be advised that the Mountain Lakes Police Department is not equipped to use 3rd party apps to receive police reports. If you need the Police Department to respond, and it is an emergency, please dial 9-1-1. If it is a non-emergency, please call 973-334-1413 and press "0" to speak to a dispatcher. Thank you.
