* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...From this evening to early Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, low-lying areas north of Circleville near Little Walnut begin to flood. Flooding also worsens at the intersection of Canal Road and State Route 104 and on Island Road north of Circleville. Minor backwater flooding occurs along Big Darby Creek near Circleville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 18.1 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
