* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Thursday morning to a crest of 15.9 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
