* IMPACTS...At 16 feet, lowland flooding continues along the river and about one foot of water can be expected along portions of Island Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM EDT Thursday, the stage was 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
