Subject Arrested for Burglary After Deputies Found Him Asleep Inside a Home

SUSPECT(S): Matthew Adam Kiser, 39-years-old, Resident of San Bernardino
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, deputies responded to a residence in the 300 block of Sawpit Canyon Road, in the community of Cedar Pines Park, to investigate a burglary alarm.
When deputies arrived, they discovered a broken window and entered the residence. A male subject, identified as Matthew Kiser, was found asleep inside. Kiser is not known to the owners and was subsequently arrested for residential burglary. Kiser was booked into Central Detention Center. Kiser is currently on county probation for burglary and is awaiting a court appearance for this case.
