* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1201 PM CDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall, with amounts of 1 to 2 inches over the last hour. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected in localized areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
