The Arroyo Grande Police Department is asking for help locating 73 year old Donald Leroy (picture attached). Mr. Leroy suffers from dementia and left an Arroyo Grande residence this morning around 6am today's date. He was last seen wearing a green Mickey Mouse t-shirt, sweatpants, and has short grey hair.
