Limited Compost Delivery Due to Giant African Land Snail Quarantined Area 
Per guidelines provided for by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, it is unlawful to transport or deliver compost out of the quarantined area established as a result of the discovery of the Giant African Land Snails at this time. Therefore, compost delivery may only be made to city residents or those in unincorporated areas that lie within the quarantined area.
