Street Reconstruction - E Ragland Ave b/t S 9th St & S 10th St 
Street Dept Crews will begin road construction on E Ragland Ave b/t S 9th St & S 10th St Monday morning @ 7:30 AM.
E Ragland Ave b/t S 9th St and S 10th St will be closed during the day to thru traffic for several weeks while this reconstruction is taking place. Signs and barricades will be in place during the day.
