Juvenile student arrested for sexual assault on BHS Campus 
On May 20th, around 12:40 pm, Berkeley Police Officers responded to Berkeley High School for a report of a sexual assault. The sexual assault occurred on campus and during school hours. Both the victim and the suspect are students at Berkeley High School.
Through further investigation, BPD Detectives obtained a Ramey Warrant for the suspects’ arrest. On June 15th, Berkeley Police Detectives arrested a 15-year-old juvenile on the Ramey Warrant at his residence. The suspect was booked into Juvenile Hall.
The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office charged the suspect.
