LOCATION: 16000 block of Kasson Road, Apple Valley
MISSING PERSON: Julia Kaybysheva, 38-year-old female
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at approximately 8:55 p.m., Julia Kaybysheva was reported missing by her family. She was last seen on July 12, 2022, at approximately 9:00 a.m., when she left her residence in a silver 2006 Toyota Camry, bearing California license plate number 5RRF109. Kaybysheva has a mental health condition, requiring medication she did not take with her.
Kaybysheva is 5’5” tall, 80 pounds, with shoulder-length blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a red wig, green tank top, and red shorts.
