Due to a positive bacteriological sample, a BOIL WATER ADVISORY has been issued effective Wednesday, July 13th until further notice.
The BOIL WATER ADVISORY is for the entire Harrower Water District which includes the following locations: Midline Road from City/Town line up to Wallins Corners Road including the Amsterdam Printing, Wallins Corners Apartments, Miami Avenue, Hollywood Road, Saratoga Avenue, Harrower Lane, Pioneer Street, Wallins Corners Road including the Cedar Crest Apartments and Wallins Corners Condominiums.
Any business or residence in the above-mentioned area serviced by municipal water is advised to boil their water for consumption including filtered water or use bottled water. Bring your water to a full rolling boil for two minutes and allow to cool before use.
If Hydrant flushing occurs throughout the week the water may appear discolored and this will dissipate once the water is allowed to run through the faucets.
This BOIL WATER ADVISORY is in effect until further notice.
