Pedestrian Check Leads to the Arrest of Two Suspects who were in Possession of Metal Knuckles and a Leaded Cane

DATE/TIME: Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at approximately 9:11 a.m.

INCIDENT:  PC 22210 - Possess Leaded Cane and PC 21810- Possess Metal Knuckles

LOCATION: Smokestack Drive and K Street, Needles, CA

SUSPECT(S): Johanna Fisher, 39 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
                        Joesetta Jackson, 42 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA

VICTIM(S): State of California


SUMMARY: On Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at approximately 9:11 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department contacted Johanna Fisher and Joesetta Jackson during a pedestian check. 

During the investigation, Fisher was found to have an active local warrant for VC 23152(B) -DUI over .08% BAC and was also found to be in possession of an illegal metal weapon.  Jackson was found to have a local active warrant for HS 11377(A) Possession of a Contolled Substance and was also found to be in possesion of illegal brass knuckles.

Fisher was arrested for PC 22210, Posssession of a Leaded Cane and her active warrant.  Fisher was transported to the West Valley Detention Center for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a combined bail amount of $60,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.

 Jackson was arrested for PC 21810 - Posssession of Brass Knuckles and her active warrant.  Jackson was transported to the West Valley Detention Center for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $60,000, awaiting a court hearing.
