* IMPACTS...Some roads remain closed or are being impacted by flooding including County Roads M, H and Y across Clark county.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 903 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain had caused road closures in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The rainfall has ended for the day. - Some locations that were impacted by flooding include...
