Update: Roadway is re-opened.
Town of New Castle Police Dept. advises you to AVOID the area of Rt 100 near Ledgewood Commons for the next couple of hours. Rt-100 is closed as a result of electric wires on fire and will require a detour of traffic for the next hour or so. An update will be provided when the roadway is re-opened.
