7th Offense OWI - Ricardo Moreno 
On July 17, 2022 at 12:25 am, a Janesville officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of S. Academy St and W. Court St after it failed to stop at a stop sign in front of the officer. The driver of the vehicle fled on foot in the 100 blk of S. Academy St. leaving behind a young child in the vehicle. With the assistance of Rock County K-9, the suspect was located. The driver was identified as Ricardo Moreno. A check of Moreno’s driving record shows him to have 6 prior OWI convictions. Moreno showed evidence of intoxication.
