* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Illinois, including the following counties, Clinton and Marion.
* WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 409 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salem, Sandoval, Odin, Fairman, Shattuc, Boulder, Tonti, Junction City, Alma, Selmaville, Brubaker and Ferrin.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CLINTON, IL ... MARION, IL
