* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Allen OH and Van Wert.
* WHEN...Until 530 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 224 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the Spencerville area according to radar and a CoCoRaHS report. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lima, Fort Shawnee, Spencerville, Spencerville In Allen County, Kemp, Hume, Conant, Rousculp, Yoder and Monticello. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
