* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Adams, Jay and Wells.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 300 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated 2 to 3 inches of heavy rain has fallen due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Berne, Dunkirk, Geneva, Pennville, Center, Bryant, Ceylon, Balbec, Blaine and New Corydon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
