* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in East Central Indiana, Fayette IN, Union IN and Wayne. In West Central Ohio, Montgomery and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 805 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to showers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen on saturated ground. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Richmond, Trotwood, Vandalia, Connersville, Englewood, Eaton, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Lewisburg, New Paris, West Alexandria, Dublin, Glenwood, Clayton, Union, Brookville, New Lebanon and Waterloo.
