Deputies Arrest Marciano Cuellar of Azusa for Sexual Battery on a Minor

LOCATION: Highway 38 & Cedar Falls Rd., Angelus Oaks
SUSPECT(S): Marciano Cuellar, 61-year-old, resident of Azusa
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 12, 2022, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Yucaipa Station investigated an inappropriate relationship between Marciano Cuellar and a 16-year-old victim.
On Friday, July 15th, 2022, Cuellar was arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center for sexual battery of the minor victim, with bail set at $50,000.
Cuellar is a church youth leader who had regular contact with minors. Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Cuellar’s booking photograph.
