For Public Safety and Emergency Response, the Richmond Police Department has ordered a temporary ban on street parking for the days concurrent with The Country Thunder Concert Event - 7/21/22- 7/25/22. 

The subdivisions affected are Pheasant Ridge, Sunset Ridge, and Hillview Subdivision (May Avenue) and Commercial Street. Parking on the street is prohibited and will be strictly enforced with tickets issued in the amount of $75.00 per vehicle, and/or vehicles towed at the owner’s expense.

Any resident holding a function where additional street parking is necessary, after utilizing driveway parking, must obtain a parking pass, which is available from the Village of Richmond Village Hall or the Richmond Police Department. Passes must be conspicuously displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle (placed on the street side please) or the vehicle may be ticketed, towed or both.
