* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of North Mississippi, including the following counties, Panola, Quitman and Tallahatchie.
* WHEN...Until 645 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1244 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Charleston, Tutwiler, Marks, Lambert, Crowder, Sumner, Vance, Enid, Waverly, Stover, Brazil, Denton, Longstreet, Mims, Barksdale and Sabino. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
