INCIDENT: PC 245(A)(1) - Assault with a Deadly Weapon and PC 32 - Conspiracy
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Michael Gonzales, 37-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
Jacqueline Gonzales, 38-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, July 18, 2022, at approximately 9:19 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of an assault near the 1900 block of Clary Drive in Needles. Through investigation, deputies determined Michael Gonzales assaulted the victim with a bat causing injury. Medical responded to the scene and treated the victim for his injuries.
Michael Gonzales was arrested for PC 245(A)(4) - Assault With a Deadly Weapon, and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Gonzales remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000, awaiting a court hearing.
Jacqueline Gonzales was arrested for PC 32 - Conspiracy, and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Gonzales remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000, awaiting a court hearing.
