INCIDENT: VC 23152(F) - Driving Under the Influence Any Drug and PC - 3056 Violation of Parole
LOCATION: 1100 Block of Pashard Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Scott Lux, 44-years-old, Resident of El Cajon, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at approximately 12:04 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a motorcyclist causing a disturbance. When deputies arrived on scene, they found the subject was displaying signs and symptoms of being under the influence of drugs.
Scott Lux was arrested for CVC 23152(F) - DUI Drugs. During the investigation, the suspect was also found to be on parole and have and outstanding warrant for CVC 14601.2(A)-Driving on a Suspended License. Lux was transported to the Colorado River Staion jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
