The Santa Ana City Council will meet today, July 19. Closed session begins at 4 p.m. and open session is at 5:45 p.m. The agenda includes:

• Ordinance related to the ceremonial naming of streets
• Ordinance related to posting contact information on commercial and industrial properties
• A voter ballot measure to amend the City Charter
• Public hearing on the update of the General Plan Housing Element
