The Town of Yorktown has established two cooling centers for residents who need relief from the current high heat and humidity. The cooling centers are located at:
- John C. Hart Memorial Library, 1130 East Main St., Shrub Oak
- Jefferson Valley Mall, 650 Lee Boulevard
